Warehouses track outdoor humidity, so stock, packaging and machinery take damage quietly — often found only when a pallet is finally moved.
A warehouse is a large, semi-sealed box that follows the weather outside. In Pakistan's coastal cities and during the monsoon, that means long spells of high humidity inside. Because stock often sits for weeks without being handled, moisture damage builds up unnoticed: rusting steel, softened cartons, mouldy pallets and labels peeling away.
Loading bays make it worse. Every time a shutter opens, humid air rolls in, and at night, as roof sheeting cools, moisture can condense and drip onto the stock below.

A starting point, not a sizing promise — the right model depends on your space. Try the size calculator or send us the details and we’ll recommend one.
For general goods and packaging, holding a warehouse between 40% and 60% RH prevents most moisture damage. Metal stock, electronics and moisture-sensitive products benefit from staying toward the lower end of that range. Consistency matters as much as the number — big daily swings are what drive condensation.
Warehouse dehumidification is sized to the building, not a single number. What we look at:
Industrial dehumidifiers are built for this kind of continuous, unattended duty. For large or multi-zone buildings, one well-placed large unit isn't always the answer — several units spread through the space often hold the band better. Send us your dimensions and what you store, and we'll recommend a setup; for bigger sites we may suggest a site survey first.
Place units where air can circulate freely, away from the loading doors so they don't spend their effort drying outside air. Use a direct drain — a warehouse unit runs continuously and a bucket that fills unnoticed defeats the purpose.
If part of your warehouse is chilled or unheated and sits below about 15°C, or you need humidity held well below 40% for very sensitive goods, a desiccant dehumidifier is the right tool rather than a refrigerant one. Tell us about the space and we'll suggest a suitable desiccant option.
DryKing sells, delivers and supports every unit directly, with a 1-year warranty on parts and compressor. Karachi orders are delivered the same day; Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually within 4–5 days.

It depends on the building's volume, how often doors open, what's stored and how tight a humidity band you need. Large buildings are often better served by several units spread out than by one big one. Send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a setup.
Almost always. Warehouse units run continuously and unattended, so a direct drain is the practical choice. Our industrial models support direct drainage.
That's condensation. As the roof sheeting cools at night, humid air inside touches it and releases water, which drips onto stock. Lowering the humidity inside stops it at the source.
Yes — industrial dehumidifiers are built for continuous duty. Set the target humidity and the unit runs as needed to hold it.
Below about 15°C, refrigerant dehumidifiers lose effectiveness and a desiccant dehumidifier is the right choice. Contact us with the temperature and we'll suggest a suitable desiccant option.
The right capacity depends on the space, how damp it is, how it's used and your local climate — not floor area alone. Use the free size calculator for a starting point, or send us the details on WhatsApp and our team will recommend a model within one working day.
