Every DryKing dehumidifier, air purifier and humidifier carries a 1-year warranty on parts and the compressor from the date of purchase, handled by DryKing directly at our own workshop in Karachi — not a third-party inspection.
Registration
Register your unit within 30 days of purchase on our warranty registration page so we have your serial number on file. Registration isn’t required to make a claim, but it speeds one up.
What’s not covered
Damage from incorrect voltage or power supply, physical damage, water damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, and normal wear items (filters) once outside any stated filter-life window.
Making a claim
Call or WhatsApp 03462270393 with your serial number and a description of the fault. Many faults are diagnosed remotely first — a blocked drain or a filter, not a compressor issue — before a visit is booked.
