Delivery Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026.
Coverage
DryKing delivers nationwide across Pakistan — same-day dispatch from Karachi, crated freight to every province via TCS and other carriers. Units are plug-and-play, with setup help by phone or WhatsApp.
Timelines
Delivery timing depends on your city and the model ordered — we confirm an estimate for your specific address before you commit, as part of the quote.
Packaging & risk in transit
Units ship crated to survive freight handling. If a crate arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier at delivery and contact us with photos — see our Returns Policy.
Setup & operation
Units are plug-and-play and easy to set up. If you would like guidance on setting up or operating your unit, call or WhatsApp us and we will walk you through it.
