What we collect
dryking.pk is quote-led — we never take payment details. Depending which form you use, we collect: your name, city and phone number (quote requests, Find My Size); your name, phone, email and product serial number (warranty registration); and, if you message us on WhatsApp, whatever you choose to send there.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, size and quote a dehumidifier, register and honour your warranty, and — only where you have consented via the cookie banner — to measure how the site is used and to run ads. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics and, where enabled, Meta and Google Ads pixels — but only after you accept the cookie banner. Declining keeps the site fully functional; only measurement and ad scripts are skipped. See the banner for details.
Storage & retention
Enquiry and warranty data is stored on our servers and kept for as long as needed to service your warranty or respond to your enquiry.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete the information we hold on you, contact us at support@dryking.pk or 0333-2124264.
