No online checkout, so no online-cart returns
dryking.pk is quote-led — every order is confirmed directly with DryKing before dispatch, so there’s no cart abandonment or accidental online purchase to reverse. This page covers what happens after delivery.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If a unit arrives faulty or visibly damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as you can with photos and your order details. We’ll look into it and let you know the next steps.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are considered case by case — contact us before sending anything back.
Warranty faults
A fault that develops after delivery is a warranty matter, not a return — see our Warranty Policy.
