Where it fits
The DK-960E is one of the largest dehumidifiers in the DryKing range, made for very large warehouses, factories and industrial plants where several smaller units would otherwise be needed. A Hitachi compressor and a centrifugal fan that moves 12,000 m³ of air an hour do the work, and a direct drain takes the water away continuously, so nobody has to empty anything. It is made to order: we get it for your order, and the delivery time is confirmed in your quote.
It runs on a three-phase supply (380 V / 50 Hz) — 16 kW, about 32 A — so check your power before ordering; we can talk your electrician through the details. It works from 5°C to 38°C, but like every refrigerant unit it removes less water as the room gets colder: for chilled spaces below about 15°C or very low humidity targets, a desiccant unit is the right tool and we'll say so plainly. The 960 L/day figure is rated at 30°C, 80% RH — ask us what it delivers at your actual site conditions.

This is a three-phase unit, so it needs a proper three-phase electrical connection — have your electrician connect it with a suitable breaker and cable. A three-phase supply, 380 V at 50 Hz. It's rated at 16 kW and draws about 32 A, so it needs a proper three-phase connection with a breaker and cable sized for it — not an ordinary socket. Have your electrician make the connection; if they have questions, call or WhatsApp us and we'll talk them through the unit's details.
Yes — it's built for continuous duty in very large halls and plants. It has a Hitachi compressor, a centrifugal fan and a drain that runs on its own, and it protects the compressor with high and low pressure protection and a 3-minute restart delay. Set the humidity you want and it cycles on its own.
It depends on the volume of the space, how often doors open, what's stored and how much damp air gets in — not just the floor area. Send us the size and the use, or try the Find My Size calculator, and an engineer will tell you honestly whether one unit is enough or whether two units or a different layout makes sense.
Up to 75 dB(A) — it's an industrial machine, built for halls and plant rooms rather than a space where people sit beside it all day. Put it where the noise doesn't matter, or at the end of a hall, and run the drain hose from there.
It works from 5°C to 38°C and has auto-defrost, but a refrigerant unit loses much of its output as the room gets colder. For a chilled space below about 15°C, or a very low humidity target, we'd point you to a desiccant dehumidifier instead — tell us the temperature and humidity you need and we'll say honestly which suits it.
You can set the target anywhere from 10% to 90% RH, and the timer runs from 1 to 24 hours. Remember it's a refrigerant unit: it dries best at normal warehouse and plant conditions and can't pull a room down to very low humidity — if your target is below about 40%, talk to us first.
It's 2060 mm long, 570 mm wide and 2000 mm high, and weighs 520 kg net. It arrives securely packed in a wooden crate — plan the route in and the spot for it before delivery, and we'll confirm the delivery time in your quote.
